Careers at AZA

Do Work That Actually Matters

We are hiring caregivers and coordinators across Minnesota. If you are patient, dependable, and want a job where you can see the difference you make, we would like to hear from you. Many of our roles need no prior experience in the field — we provide the training.

Why AZA

What You Get Working Here

We are a smaller provider, which means you are a person to us and not a number on a schedule.

Paid Training Provided

We pay for the training and orientation you need to start, including the required competency training. No prior experience in the field is necessary.

Flexible Scheduling

Days, evenings, overnights, and weekends. Tell us your availability and we build a schedule around school, family, or another job.

Support Someone You Know

Through our Choice Referral Program you can be hired to care for a family member or friend who is already on a waiver.

Real Supervision & Backup

You are never on your own. A coordinator is reachable for questions, and our 24-hour on-call line backs you up during a shift.

Multilingual Team

We serve families across many cultures and languages. Bilingual staff are especially encouraged to apply, and language skills are valued in matching.

Direct Deposit & Mileage

Reliable pay on a set schedule with direct deposit, plus mileage reimbursement for approved travel on behalf of a client.
